Clive & Jane welcome you to our self contained 2 bedroom downstairs flat with lounge/diner and kitchen. The flat has one Queen bedroom, and one with the option of 2 King-Singles or one Super King. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet and vanity, and a separate shower room. There is also a comfortable futon in the living room for a fifth guest. No smoking indoors.
Guests have access to the solar heated swimming pool, spa and BBQ area. (You can purchase a BBQ pack for your evening meal)
Flat is also available on a self-catering basis.
We are a short walk from Waikawa Marina, waterfront cafes and bars, and the friendly Waikawa Boating Club, and a short drive to Picton. There is a boat launching ramp only 2 mins away. As active members of Waikawa Boating Club we can usually arrange for some sailing (on a race day).
